ULLAMH DHA was made in 2011 in response to the government consideration to close Primary Schools in Argyll and Bute. Made through the eyes of the people most affected, the artist presents this work as a reflection on the local cultural geography of the landscape, as an invitation to consider the broader impact of policy, without intervention, on future culture and community.
